Ring Party Training Day - Drax

A number of Tyne members attended the BFA hosted training day for ring party and judging on Sunday.

Without judges and ring parties we would all struggle to do flyball! However, it can be a daunting task for new members faced with learning rules and making quick decisions which can impact on the days racing.

So the training day hosted by the BFA committee was a great opportunity to learn the required skills, brush up on understanding of the rules, learn why things are how they are and also to have a go at all the ring party and judging roles.

Everyone attending joined in fully and learnt a lot and I am looking forward to seeing you all ring party with confidence in the future. Well done to all of you especially those who braved the centre stage and judged - not as easy as it looks! Hope some of you will be up for giving it a go at competitions in the future!
